Blueberry Breakfast!

Quick raw breakfasts featuring blueberries. We love fruit for breakfast but winter is not the most fruitful season of the year...wild frozen blueberries = our saviour!

Blueberry Chia Pudding: frozen blueberries, vanilla hemp protein powder, maca, dates, chia seeds


Blueberry Soft Serve: frozen blueberries, frozen banana, vanilla, cinnamon, topped with cacao nibs and almonds

  2. I m sure you know this, but colostrum isn't vegan. Is your blog going to feature more nonvegan foods? I know you both aren't all vegan, but I thought your blog was.

  3. @bitt: colostrum falls into my honey philosophy: http://sketch-freeveganeating.blogspot.com/2010/12/superfoodherb-bee-pollen-black-and-gold.html. Colostrum is something I've just been trying out lately, I find it helps in digestion and leaves you feeling more satisfied. The non-vegan ingredients we include in our recipes (such as honey) is a take it or leave it sort of thing, the option is there if you want to add it.
