- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 2 cups oat flour - make sure the oats are pure (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax meal (don't skip out on the flax meal it acts as a binding agent)
- 1 tsbp ground flaxseed (grind it up even more in a coffee grinder before you measure)
- 3 tbsp of warm water
Whisk together, let sit in a bowl for a few minutes...instant egg!
