Simple Coconut Milk Drinks!

If you have a spare can of coconut milk that's been in your cupboard forever, just waiting to be used, well good news! Coconut Milk is the smoothie's best friend! It's creamy, convenient and pairs well with just about every flavour!

It also gets along famously with stevia if you're looking to reduce sugar!
You can use light or regular coconut milk, both would work well here.

Here are 4 drinks featuring coconut milk in all its glory.

Pumpkin Pie Shake

1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup coconut milk
Drizzle of honey (to taste)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Blend, top with nutmeg and drink! Makes 1 serving

Coconut-Mixed Fruit Smoothie

2/3 cup frozen mixed fruit (anything goes! I put in melon, strawberries and grapes)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup 2.5% yogurt
1 tsp honey
Water to blend

Blend all together! Makes 1 serving.

Chocolate Coconut Smoothie

1 banana (frozen)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Blend together, add water if needed.

3-ingredient Pina Colada Shake

2/3 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup 2.5% yogurt

Blend together, so easy and tastes super frosty and fresh!

All done! Coconut milk has had it's day, in the most simplest form: the smoothie!


  1. I use coconut milk a lot in cooking but often not the whole can at once as I'm usually just cooking for 1 or 2. These smoothies will be great for finishing off the leftovers!
